Experiment #1

When starting up, there is no Whisper icon on the desktop.

RStudio took around a minute to start up and seems to work fine. No Whisper icon appeared on the desktop.

Experiment #2

When starting up, there is no Whisper icon on the desktop.

And then it appears:

Still worked. There was no -bash in the htop list.
