As a user I would like to be able to edit the existing Domain Process Binding records through Drag&Drop or similar functionality for easy reordering of existing records

This features does not depend on ApexTypeImplementor.

ApexTypeImplementor will be used to allow creating bindings from existing classes but for simply reordering existing bindings it's not required.
