Seasonal Treasures (Dota plus)

Hello, I would like the seasonal treasures(Springs-Sumner-Fall-Winter) that are bought with Dota Plus fragments from past years to be put back so we can buy again the ones we are missing, since we have collected fragments again. Otherwise, what's the point of having so many fragments if we can't use them on something that gives us satisfaction? Thank you.
