AI 善于回答问题，而人类提出问题。科学、简洁的把 AI 融入自己的思考流程，帮助自己提出更好的问题，这比那些花里胡哨的东西有用多了。用 mem0，LangChain，phidata 构建了几个带 RAG 的简单 agent，我使用下来，对于思考的帮助其实感觉并不多。

现在打开 HackerNews，ProductHunt，GitHubTrends，一半以上都是 AI 相关的内容，看多了是真怀念以前没有 AI 时候的内容质量。
