Changing IED classes

Hello is it possible to change H&M IED with others? I'm having a mod with custom IED that i want to use.

How do you know it is not working?

I got close to the ied marker and i don't see the model/ tried using mine detector which is still unable to detect any even i'm really close.

Nope i checked again the classnames are all correct, the name is literally iedd, which stands for IED disposal mod.

Still can't find the issue here, i've checked everything, the "type:String" are all correct.

Then something is wrong with the mod, may be ask the author how to spawn IED with https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/createMine

No, because our IEDs aren't mines.
So I do not know is there way to modify h&m, I assume you are using some module to spawn random mines/explosives around area of it.
If you know how to script you could do compat for h&m where you add check if type of "mine" is from your IEDs classes and it create with createVehicle command current IED else using createMine

The A3 wiki explain everything:
This command creates objects of the CfgAmmo class named in configFile >> "CfgVehicles" >> _type >> "ammo".

If it is not an ammo you can't use createMine to spawn them.

Dont remember where i had to change some of the core functions to make this work, but this might still give you some insight/ideas.
