In the program a user can upload a genome file of up to 5GB at max, the pre-processing removes unnecessary information that the program will not use. This information processing will come a step before @ImpossibleReality's FAB File Format and will be seamlessly incorporated into that. This will almost act as a log for the program, to simplify the inputted file and make the program quicker.
Pre-Processing
Pre-Processing will become before binary FAB conversion and will add information about gene metadata to the file including,
Transcription Factor Binding Sites
Start and Stop Codon Information
Location & count of genes in a chromosome
Removes FASTA Headers for interpretation & extraction
Version of DNAnalyzer that processed the file
Removing repetitive information such as lowercase characters
Processing
Processing will include performance measures to make the program run the file more efficiently.
ASCII to Binary conversion
Deflate Binary Compression
Post-Processing
May require database for completion. More to come as it becomes closer to completion...
