Racers are able to drive backwards along a track to a certain point, turn around, cross the finish line and have it count as a lap.

Works on all tracks. Both Martian tracks require the use of holding back key as it requires coming off the track.

Video linked below.

I've been able to complete a race in less than 30 seconds using this trick.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. When any race begins. Turn around and proceed along the track backwards for a few seconds (distance not worked out yet)
  2. Turn around or hold back on the keyboard to return to the track and face the finish line.
  3. Speed through the finish line.
  4. Observe the Lap counter goes up.

This can be repeated to finish the race.

Just an FYI, the video is set to unlisted, only people with the link can see it so I'm not broadcasting bugs out there for everyone to see.

Also works if you go forwards to a certain point, turn around and go back through the starting line.
