Ruins payload.elf on Wii U

Hi, I just ran the Windows patcher so I could get WiiLink24 on my vWii for my Wii U. When I put my SD Card back in my Wii U, it errored out multiple times, complaining that the payload.elf file for the Wii U could not be accessed. I had to grab the backup I have on my computer and overwrite it to make my Wii U work with my CFW again. Please look into this, thanks!
