EditGroups on Wikimedia Commons lists batches until March 5, and we are now March 17. https://editgroups-commons.toolforge.org/

Thanks for reporting! I restarted it and it caught up.
It's not a durable solution, it should not get stalled like this in the first place. We have #5 for that.
