Steps to reproduce:

Open many instances of the website and join a large room, then disconnect some of them.
Sometimes there will be players that do not get properly disconnected and remain in the room as a "ghost"

Cause:

To be determined. Possibly a minor oversight somewhere that magically gets fixed eventually.
May be due to stopping and restarting the server at a particular time.
