Restrictions information not showing in sections in card layout

Section restriction information is not displayed in the card layout, possibly related to #62

Fresh installation Moodle 4.1.3+ (Build: 20230512) and Edwiser Course Formats 4.1.2 (2023041300) (also tested with DEV40 branch 1f34408)

Steps:

• create new course
• in the "Course Format" dropdown choose option "Edwiser course format"
• in the "Choose layer" dropdown keep option "card layer"
• save changes and display
• once the course is created activate the Edit mode
• edit one of the sections
• add a date restriction (for example) to the section
• save changes
• deactivate Edit mode
• the constraint is not visible on the section card at course index

Hello @abhikushwah , there is another bug related to this ticket:

For example, within a section, I create a new Forum with an access restriction, this restriction information is not displayed in the card layout. Only is displayed if I configure the "Activity completion" to this forum.
