Vim plugin version with same features

This would be perfect with a vim plugin that has the same features, so you could also work with the same data from the console, using syncthing for instance. Are there any vim plugins that utilize the same format?

I'd love to use it if it existed! probably in a different world I would've written a vimflowy-like in vimscript (or emacs lisp)
