The section Install MKL for Ubuntu (Any) on the projekt page says that one shall download the key file GPG-PUB-KEY-INTEL-SW-PRODUCTS-2019.PUB. But the certificates therein are expired. A new key file is available from https://apt.repos.intel.com/intel-gpg-keys/GPG-PUB-KEY-INTEL-SW-PRODUCTS-2023.PUB

But for Ubuntu 22.04 the intel-mkl Pakage is contained in the standard repository. Therefore it is not necessary to install a key file and it is sufficient the execute the following command:

apt-get install intel-mkl

Please update the information on the projekt page.
