I have a feeling it's your connection that's causing the issue because I've just had to redeploy all my applications and none of them have issues.

Are you running them as non-proxy or with proxy? You might need to check your connection and DNS because it seems like the issue is your DNS is unable to resolve the destination IP.

Try deploying on another machine and see if the issue persists. Alternatively, try with another IP address.
