Does this tool support lsass dump on windows server 2012 and 2016? I tried but it gave me error "PostDump has stopped working"

Same only on 2012 for me, the process is just consuming more and more memory until the RAM of the server is full and even that I don't have any results. I need to kill the process the hardway to free the memory and bring the server back to life. I don't have any error from PostDump
