Describe the problem as it relates to the enhancement:
Role currently installs daemon, but doesn't open firewall ports required to allow it to act as an NTP server.

Describe the solution:
Add task to open 53/udp

Additional context:
Utilize a true/false variable to determine if firewall is configured or not.
