Feature: Option/Switch for language change of the GUI

[uDEV2019]

As of lessmsi got support for translation of the GUI and not everyone wants to use the application in that language that the operating system comes with.

It would therefore be desirable to have an option (a switch) so that the user can decide for himself.

In Italian the string is "cambia lingua".
I propose to use teh string "change UI language" (then italian translation is "cambia lingua UI").
