Indexing improvement proposals

Context

Currently, each time a new submission is submitted, we run a list of actions, among which indexing the ontology classes (ow:Class or skos:Concept in the case of SKOS) and indexing the properties. Providing two API endpoints to search actions.

• Search classes/concepts: https://data.stageportal.lirmm.fr/search?q=melanoma&apikey=YOUR_APIKEY
• Search properties: https://data.bioontology.org/property_search?q=melanoma&apikey=YOUR_APIKEY

Issues

• We don't index all the elements/resources of an ontology
• We don't use the properties search endpoint
• We don't index model metadata
