Dear Alex, Happy New Year!
I just discovered that the CD segments measured using ILS/DME equipment can be very off. For example, if I use this SID, the distance of the first segment is relative to RWY15 ILS/DME, not LOC.

This clearly shows CD legs are measured with LOC navaid instead of DME.

Sorry, this is a known issue. LNM currently does not use a specific DME position if it differs from the ILS. I know this has to be fixed.
