按照《自定义插件》文档构建的镜像，然后因为集群服务上只有 containerd 管理镜像，所以执行了下列命令

docker save registry-internal.adp.aliyuncs.com:5000/max/easy-logger:1.0.0 > easy-logger.tar 
ctr i import easy-logger.tar
ctr i push -k registry-internal.adp.aliyuncs.com:5000/max/easy-logger:1.0.0

推送到了私有仓库，然后安装插件后报错：

这个是报错镜像结构有问题么？

镜像结构不对，需要打成 tar.gz，而不是 tar。

我查了下通过 containerd 的 ctr 命令导入、推送镜像后，会解压镜像层，导致 layers mediaType 变成 .tar 格式，目前是我这个内网集群只有 ctr 命令管理镜像，请问 higress 支持 .tar 格式镜像层么？
