配置了流量镜像的注解
higress.io/mirror-percentage: "100"
higress.io/mirror-target-service: helm-apisix/apisix-gateway-intranet:80
但是测试下来一直没生效，使用的版本是2.0.4，请教一下是配置方式不对还是什么原因
