False report in telegram about cpu load

Hi!
I have a bug with telegram reports. it randomly spam me something like

🔴 Загрузка процессора составляет 0.50%, что превышает пороговое значение 0%
(The CPU usage is 0.50%, which is above the threshold of 0%)
10-12 messages

But in settings i put threshold = 70%, and when CPU loads > 70% it notifies correctly
🔴 Загрузка процессора составляет 77.55%, что превышает пороговое значение 70%
(The CPU usage is 77.55%, which is above the threshold of 70%)

I use latest X-UI in docker compose with latest ubuntu 20.04
