Any updates on this? zenq does not work with the new go version

I haven't found a way to bypass ABIInternal and communicate with runtime functions like dropg,casgstatus....(1.23 and later),is there any another options? @alphadose

Wanted to test this, but yeah, cant run any Zenq because of
link: github.com/alphadose/zenq/v2: invalid reference to runtime.dropg

Would be fun to try though
