Forking the project to add Rye

Hello maintainers,

I know the project is under MIT License but I’m writing to request permission to fork your excellent template and make a modification. I would like to replace Pipenv with Rye for Python environment and packaging.

Rye is a modern alternative to Pipenv that offers several advantages, including:
• Improved performance and stability
• Support for multiple Python versions
• Enhanced dependency management
