Karavan as a documentation tool

Thanks for such a fantastic product, folks.

I would love to operationalise the use Karavan's route design features as a way to visually document my integration flow and don't know how to go about it. Within VsCode it doesn't always recognise and draw out yaml files that I throw at it. Does anyone have suggestions for how this can be achieved?

Is there a document somewhere where I can find Karavan version to Camel version mappings?

Karavan uses same version as Camel, eg 4.0 uses Camel 4.0 and so on.

What version of the plugin do I need to get if I have 3.14 of Camel?

There is no official karavan that works OOTB with this old Camel version. There is an older Karavan 3.21 version.

Camel 3.14 is EOL by end of year, so its recommended to upgrade. Also for new development then its recommended to look at using Camel 4 onwards.
