[Request] Custom sort option for dimensions (rows) in pivot table

In the example above one may want to choose the order "registration", "login", "payment" for the first column level and "low", "medium", "high" for the second. At the moment one can sort rows only by value or key. A custom sort order option is needed. This Request links to #18469.
