Sometimes the build fails if you have too many job (20 or more)

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to override the function get_cpu_count in some cases

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have manually replaced the return value with echo 8 and it builds ok for now

We have decided to retire the ffmpeg-kit project and will no longer publish any new releases.

The fix for this issue has been applied to the development branch.
