Furthermore, evaluate if CONFIG_ASTARTE_DEVICE_SDK_GENERATE_DEVICE_ID is necessary.

This could be addressed once Zephyr 3.7.0 has been released using hwinfo_get_device_eui64.

Providing an utility to generate an hardware ID starting from hardware info will have to wait until more Zephyr boards implement the hwinfo_get_device_eui64 function.
This issue should be postponed until then.
