Working with Microsoft for input, determine how to interpret UIA results for software testing.

With the exception of applications that only expose MSAA content -- correctly inspecting UIA information with inspect.exe is very important for software testing. In particular viewing the patterns that are supported by a control and then if supported the properties of those patterns is critical as legacy MSAA values are not sufficient. In addition the accEvent watcher tool supports but UIA and MSAA (win32) event tracking and is important to track the changes in state such as controls like checkboxes, etc.

Windows software-specific tests added. Review requested from Microsoft.
