Move social icons from feather to Simpleicons?

Hey!

The feather icons are only used for social icons, as far as I can tell. Feather has decided to deprecate brand icons, so any future requests for social networks and things like that will not be fulfilled.

The issue referenced above recommends using https://simpleicons.org/ instead.

This would address #49 as well.
