Hello I asked the credential to ZCS with the "support" form in their website but I didn't received any reply from them... is there any other way to get my API access to my data?

I also have problems to find the right way to get the credentials for my inverter. I have filled out the form here:

Is that the correct way to get the auth_key and the client_code?
If not, can anyone describe the correct way please?

Same here, didn't get any answer from zcsazzurro,com support.
The Austrian Azzurro support support@zcsazzurro.at made the difference, they answered right away and provided the requested credentials.
