Streaming Button Cllick

Hi,
There is a red button provided to start video streaming. The button doesn't gets clicked immediately / I mean, button needs to be clicked a number of times to start the streaming. Sometimes it gets clicked and then resets. Long press also doesn't works to start the streaming.
Could you please help me in this? Please let me know if I am wrong somewhere or if I am missing something.
