About rl Scheduler Selection

I see that in your scheduler.go file, when the scheduler in the command line is set to rl, it returns the function sch.selectPathReinforcementLearning. However, the function sch.selectPathReinforcementLearning is not defined in scheduler.go. Instead, there is a file named scheduler_rl.go at the same level as scheduler.go. How should I use your rl.go file?
Another question is, what is the difference between demo.py and seung_demo.py?
