Request to update the nodejs version to v20+
The v12.0.0-pre version is really outdated...
Some higher version node modules are not usable

Unfortunately BDSX is no longer being maintained due to Mojang's removal of the PDB and it isn't very easy to update the node version of Bdsx-core due to the chakra core backend instead of v8 which would take a long time to switch out

Appreciate for using bdsx.

I'm aware of that issue as well. It is indeed one of the major drawbacks of bdsx. I’ve always thought that someday bdsx-core should support the latest version of Node.

However, since Mojang stopped providing PDB for BDS, I decided not to put further effort into maintaining bdsx. That said, if there’s still demand, I’m willing to start working on bdsx again.

Unfortunately I’m currently too busy in real-life, which means I can’t write some codes or even play Minecraft at the moment. Once I have the time to focus on bdsx again, I’ll make updating bdsx-core my high priority.

If Mojang begins to provide PDB again, I will patch bdsx, but not sure for upgrading bdsx-core. it's a separated problem.
