Request- arrow for submenus on vertical layouts

Did a search but did not see an existing issue for it and I have scoured the settings but can't seem to find such an option.

Unsure if this can be an "option" in the menu or has to be hard coded but could there be an update to add a small "arrow" pointing left in the vertical layouts (or an entirely new layout with only that change) to basically let people know there are submenus to be found?

I know they're there but might help other people when they first encounter (ie. guests to the house) what all is available right away.

Edit- Forgot to say- THANK YOU. This is by far the best skin I have found for Kodi/LibreELEC yet.
