Having a fullscreen widget below a hidden non-fullscreen widget misplaces movie informations

When using the Vertical Multi-Widget view for the homescreen and then placing a fullscreen widget below a hidden non-fullscreen widget (eg. the widget is empty), the text of the fullscreen widget is still placed at the bottom of the screen.

In my example I have a "continue watching" section as non-fullscreen Widget 1 and "New unseen" as Widget 2 with the fullscreen mark ticked. When the first widget is empty, for example because I don't have any paused videos, Widget 2 moves up but the text stays at the bottom:
