Litestream on Host, SQLite in Container

Is the following setup supported?

• Run Litestream on the Host machine as a Systemd service
• Run the application that writes to the SQLite database in a Podman container guest
• Mount a path on the Host filesystem into the container to store the database file
• Configure Litestream on the Host to replicate that database file

And if this is supported, can I configure Litestream to do this for multiple different databases written by different containers in the same way?

Yes, that should work fine as long as all processes share the same effective uid and gid on the filesystem.

Is that true even if the container is a rootless container that uses the 65532 uid/gid?
