Would be great if the mapping files as resources are identifiable with a human readable name and semantic version number. The FHIR canonical resource could make sense as a model: https://build.fhir.org/canonicalresource.html#CanonicalResource (Suggested by Ian McNicoll) alternatively the openEHR resource model is probably a good fit. https://specifications.openehr.org/releases/BASE/latest/resource.html#_authored_resource_class
