					<p style="font-size:17px; color:#2F67A2">The Optimism was incorporated in 2009 by entrepreneurial IT Professional Mr. Nilesh Wadkar.</p>

					<p>Nilesh is the co-founder of The Optimism Computer Education LLP. Nilesh has over 14 years of experience in various capacities with companies like Geometric ,Atos, VyomLabs, SpiderLogic. His primary focus has been in the area of establishing and leading testing center of excellence and practices. </p>
					<p>Nilesh has architected various frameworks and methodologies in testing, test automation and performance testing areas. </p>
					<p>Nilesh has a passion for mentoring, training and coaching. He has done multiple training assignments for companies like Congnizant ,Dell, Oracle, GE Healtcare. Nilesh has been an avid paper presenter in international conferences on Testing, Quality and Project Management. </p>
					<p>Nilesh is CSTE Certified ,IBM Certified and ISTQB foundation level Certified. Nilesh has completed is Master in Computer Application from Shivaji University. His expertise areas are Software Testing Manual and Automation Tools like QTP/UFT, CodedUI, MTM, HP ALM, SOAPUI, Selenium and many more.., Web Designing - HTML5, JavaScript,VBScript,XML, PHP and MySQL, Java and Oracle 11g.</p>
