Help analyzing existing Datasets [Question]

I am new to PharmacoGx and drug screens at large, and it seems like there are a lot of tools, but I am struggling to understand the use for all of them.

My goal is to for the GDSC dataset look at drug-response between the Colon vs Large intestine cell lines for a certain drug.
Is there a way to plot/compare/show the difference between one group of cell lines and another group of cell lines for a single drug?

Or do I need to just manipulate the treatmentResponse data to get my groups?
