Auto-generate Ingredients List

One really useful feature in this RCL would be if the ingredients list where automatically generated/updated based on what is present in the folder/repository. In particular the following things should be auto generated:

• (verify path exists at given location, if not, flag as error)
• path name
• mimeType (if possible)
• checksum
• size
• scope
  • If new USFM/USX file, attempt to identify the scope and insert
  • Existing file with existing scope: preserve data
  • Otherwise, ignore
