I'm running SCelVis v0.8.9 via the scelvis run --data-source my_infile.h5ad command, which opens a GUI in my browser via a URL. The application runs well (thanks!).
I have a question regarding the Cell Annotation tab. It seems that when there are too many labels in the "select coloring" selected category, some of them are replaced by an "other" label, which replaces some of the original labels. Is there a way to avoid that this happens (i.e. that all original labels are shown in the UMAP menu)? Attaching an image to explain easier.
Thanks.
