Some issues I noticed, to be looked into:

  • There seems to be some overlap with IRODS_CERT_PATH, TASKFLOW_IRODS_CERT_PATH and possibly other settings.
  • At any rate, IRODS_CERT_PATH seems confusing because it's not used by the iRODS image, only SODAR and Davrods.
  • Is TASKFLOW_IRODS_CERT_PATH even needed? I believe we don't have a use case where Taskflow would connect with a non-admin user.
