Update the data page

We need to update the data page:

• Add links to the different datasets on the wiki.
  • Link from the data page to the wiki to point users towards the raw data.
    • Heatmap: https://wiki.bikedataproject.org/open-cycling-data/info-about-heatmap-data
    • Bicycle counts: https://wiki.bikedataproject.org/open-cycling-data/bicycle-counts
• Embed the data map directly on the website: https://data.bikedataproject.org/map/
  • Add a button to go 'fullscreen'.
  • Make the map window smaller or fix scolling ux, see Move map up #37

All aggregated cycling data will be available as open data by the end of October 2020. For now, you can contribute to the project by donating your cycling data.

means in Jan 2021 and found this issue after some digging. How about changing the two places where this text is with an quick update and link to the Wiki?
