Refactoring

• Overarching issue: requirements and re-defining what a unit of annotation is
• proposal: focused on refactoring to handle multiple input/output ID namespaces in 1 operation

Also includes:

• drop use of useTemplating field
• add x-bte tag (note: part of minor x-bte refactoring: adjust SmartAPI yaml tags #753)
• API-level x-bte info, including edge-attributes for hash (unique edges)

• Jmespath cleanup and followup #841

Possible to-dos

• Review/possibly address some "reverse operation" problems
• JQ in SmartAPI. Somewhat related to having a tool to help write these JQ strings for BTE purposes
• UI for writing x-bte annotation
