Officially release Spartacus 5 support #7

Work with PM to create an official release for Spartacus 5.2 to be used by customers to start upgrading as a step-up to the eventual upgrade to Spartacus 6.5.

It should include:

  • Release notes on Github
  • A release on the NPM registry of @bloomreach/brx-spartacus-library
  • A deployed instance on Netlify of the @bloommreach/brx-spartacus
  • A Spartacus channel template that points to that latest deployed netlify instance
  • PM messaging on product launches slack channel and other channels
