On NBM I had manually enabled auto login, then when running through the scripts I proceeded with the Auto Login step. When we re-booted the PC it wasn't able to automatically login and we noticed there were two of the same users as options on the login screen.

To fix this issue ultimately I manually disabled auto-login, restarted the PC, and then manually enabled auto login again. This removed the duplicate user options and allowed auto login to be enabled.
