Laravel 9 moved its locale path from /resources/lang to /lang. For now both paths are working, but I thin we should apply the current solutions.

Btw. codestyle LaravelPaths sinse 1.0.0 uses default Laravel 9 scheme. Because of that files in /resources/langare not linted, hence the problems like this appear without any errors:

I opened blumilksoftware/codestyle#71 for avoiding situations like this.
