Cannot deploy to EKS due to existing Storage Class named efs-sc

Problem
We are trying to deploy Bold Report into our EKS cluster and it's complaining about existing efs-sc storage class already be defined.
The storage class name was hardcoded for EKS cluster and cannot be change during deployment.

Expected

Storage class name must be customizable during deployment time via a variable, something like

eks: 
  storageClass: 
    name: custom-storage-class-name
