소셜 화면 타이머 오류 수정 #484

Why

사용자 A가 소셜 화면에 들어가있을 때, 팔로우하는 사용자 B가 공부를 시작하면 사용자 A의 소셜 화면에서 타이머가 시작됩니다.
이 때, 사용자 A가 FlipMate 앱을 백그라운드로 보내고 다른 작업을 진행해도, 소셜 화면의 타이머가 지속됩니다.
이는 배터리 타임에 영향을 끼치는 의도하지 않은 동작이므로 원인을 찾아 수정할 필요가 있습니다.
